By moving every few years Pat learned the art of redesign and staging with her own furniture and accessories. "Of course, I didn't know what I was doing had a name, but when I first heard the words 'redesign and staging,' I knew that was what I’d been doing all these years."
Like most people, Pat couldn’t afford new furniture and accessories to furnish her homes with each move. She learned by trial and error how to use what she already owned in different and sometimes unexpected ways to make each house her families' home. "I like to use furnishings and accessories in unexpected ways to give my home a unique and personal touch."
With each relocation Pat became more knowledgeable about what buyers look for in a house and how furniture and accessories impact their perception of the home. She learned first-hand how important it is to prepare your home before the "For Sale" sign goes in the yard. "The housing market is extremely competitive, as a seller you need to ensure that you do everything possible to get the best price in the shortest time for your home."
"Doing redesign and staging gives me the opportunity to help people who are in the same situations I've often been in. You have 'stuff' and you just don't know what to do with it, or, you're selling your house and you don't know what to do to make it sell faster and at the best price."
Pat can help you make the most of your home whether you're staying or going!
