MOVE-IN DESIGN
Have you up-sized, down-sized, or moved into a house where
you don’t know what to do with your furniture and
accessories? Let me help you accomplish the dream you
envisioned when you signed the contract to purchase your new
home.
Move-In Design Consultation-
I will meet with you in your new home to discuss how the room
or rooms are to be used and what function you want the
room to serve. We will evaluate the room’s architectural
features and focal point and then discuss furniture, wall
art, accessory and lighting placement. I will give you
suggestions and recommendations on how-to use your current
furnishings so that you have the new home of your dreams.
Introductory special
$90.00, typically 1-2 hours
Move-In Design Arrangement- I will meet with you to discuss your vision for your new
home. We will determine how the room(s) will be used
and what you want the design to accomplish. Next
I will ask you if there is any specific furniture, wall art,
accessories, lighting, etc. that you want included in the
space. I will then “shop” the remainder of your
home for items that will work with the design look. Keeping
in mind what you want the design to accomplish, the room’s
focal point and its architectural features, the furniture is
placed to complement the space. The room will be
completed with your accessories, artwork and any “shopped”
items. The beautiful result will prove that, “You
don’t need new stuff, just your stuff!”
Introductory special*
$295.00 for a 1-2 room redesign, includes consultative
redesign
$495.00 for a 3-4 room redesign, includes consultative

ORGANIZATION
Is your home
causing you stress and draining you of energy, time and even
money? A cluttered, disorganized living space can make
relaxing and enjoying your home almost impossible. I will
help you get organized and enable you to find time to relax
and enjoy your home.
Consultative
Organization- We will meet to discuss your
organizational challenges. We will determine your
organizational priorities and lifestyle. We will evaluate
the space that needs organization and discuss effective
tools you can use to create an organized environment and
banish clutter and chaos.
Introductory special
$90.00, typically 1-2 hours
Organizational
Makeover- We will meet to discuss your organizational
challenges. We will determine your organizational priorities
and lifestyle. I will evaluate the space that needs
organization and “shop” your home for effective
organizational tools such as baskets, decorative boxes, etc.
In some cases additional organizational tools may have to be
purchased. I will ensure the organizational makeover meets
your needs and stays within your budget.
Introductory special
$50.00 per hour + expenses if applicable

by cash or check is due at conclusion and/or completion of
services provided. All prices and services are subject to
change without prior notice. No guarantee is made that
