ribbon and bow? Staging to sell your home gives your
product, your house, the attractive packaging, the ribbon
and the bow! I can meet with you to conduct a consultative
staging or I can meet with you to conduct a consultative
staging and a staging redesign.
Consultative
Staging-
I will spend
approximately 2 hours at your home. First, I will walk
around the outside of the home evaluating its curb
appeal. Then I will go through your home room by room.
You may go with me and we will take notes and discuss
specific areas where staging or corrective action should be
taken. Or, I can go through your yard and home noting areas
where staging or corrective action should be taken and then
review them with you upon completion of my walk through. I
will also provide you with my
Ready-Set-Sell and
Market Advantage Staging tip sheets.
Introductory special*
$90.00 per consultation, typically 1-2 hours
Staging Redesign-
After a consultative staging we will decide which room or
rooms will most benefit from a staging redesign. We
will discuss items that may need to be relocated or placed
in storage prior to your move. I will then “shop” the
remainder of your home for items that will work with the
staging redesign look. Next the furnishings, artwork
and accessories will be removed from the room. Keeping
in mind that we are staging to sell your home, the furniture
is returned and placed to complement the space. The
room will be completed with your accessories, artwork and
any “shopped” items.

Introductory special*
$295.00 for a 1-2 room redesign, includes consultative

$495.00 for a 3-4 room redesign, includes consultative

Open
House Staging Preparation -Sunday
can be the busiest day of the week for many people. That’s
why I’m offering an open house staging preparation service
to my
consultative
staging and staging redesign clients. By having an open
house you will attract the widest range and greatest number
of potential buyers. Make sure you take advantage of this
marketing opportunity!
The day
before your open house I will schedule a brief walk through
of your home and we will discuss any areas that need
additional attention. Next we will determine how much time
is needed for the open house staging preparation. We will
discuss what accessories, fresh flowers, etc. should be used
to enhance your home and create a memorable impression of it
for your open house.
The day of
your open house I will arrive ready to make a last minute
walk through your home and set up the additional accessories
as discussed. I will be on hand when your realtor arrives
and I will work with them if they feel any changes need to
be made.

$50.00 per hour, plus expenses if applicable

by cash or check is due at conclusion and/or completion of
