Staging Consultation
- We will meet at your home to discuss staging recommendations and suggestions. Together we will walk around the outside of the home evaluating its curb appeal. Next, we will go through the home room by room discussing specific areas where staging or corrective action should be taken. You will be provided with the action plan we developed, and both the ReDesign & Go Ready-Set-Sell and ReDesign & Go Market Advantage Staging tip sheets.
$90.00 per consultation, typically 2 hours
Staging Redesign
-- Following the consultation we will decide which room or rooms will most benefit from a staging redesign. We will discuss items that may need to be relocated or placed in storage prior to your move. I will then “shop” the remainder of your home for items that will work with the staging look. Next the furnishings, artwork and accessories will be removed from the room. Keeping in mind that we are staging to sell your home, the furniture is returned and placed to complement the space. The room will be completed with your accessories, artwork and any “shopped” items.
$295.00 for a 1-2 room redesign
$495.00 for a 3-4 room redesign
Rental Furnishings
- Customized rental plans for furniture, wall art and accessories are available upon request. Prices and duration of rentals will be discussed and a quote will be provided for approval.
